Our Team 

Sheada – Office Manager

Sheada has been a key part of the clinic since 2016, following her graduation from the Dental Assisting program at Algonquin College. Over the years, she has worn many hats—starting as a chairside assistant, transitioning into administration, and now serving as our Office Manager. Her deep knowledge of both clinical and administrative operations, along with her approachable nature, makes her an invaluable resource for both patients and staff. Outside the clinic, she enjoys quality time with her husband and their two children, crafting and learning how to garden.  

Ashley – Office Administrator 

Ashley joined our team in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience in customer service and general dentistry. As one of the first people you will interact with at the clinic, she is always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. Her knowledge and dedication make her a valued asset to our team. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys golfing, solving puzzles, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Nicole – Office Administrator

Nicole joined our team in 2025 and brings both professionalism and compassion to the front desk. She manages patient check-ins and check-outs and expertly handles insurance inquiries with accuracy and care. Known for her kind nature and exceptional people skills, she ensures every patient feels warmly welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. When she isn’t in the office, she enjoys staying active through regular fitness, spending time with friends and her cat Mack.

Lesley – Dental Assistant

Lesley started her extensive career in dentistry as a dental hygienist. Not finding this discipline challenging, she made the transition to dental assisting in specialty practices. She has extensive knowledge and experience in anesthesia, periodontics, oral surgery and endodontics. She lives at Lake MacGregor with her husband, their two sons and Bernese mountain dog Lolah.

Roxana – Dental Assistant 

Roxana has joined our team after being in dentistry for 12 years. She has worked in several specialties and has recently found her passion in endodontics. She has a wonderful sense of humor and connects with her patients. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband entraining friends, enjoying the nature and being a large part in her nephew’s life. She enjoys reading and hopes to become an author in her golden years.

Yasmin – Dental Assistant

Yasmin joined Carling Endodontics as a level II dental assistant in January 2024, she sought out a specialty clinic to expand her knowledge and skills working in endodontics. Her calm demeanor aids in making treatment comfortable for patients. When she isn’t in the office, she spends her time making memories with her family, cooking and baking phenomenal middle east treats (that’s she always shares) and enjoying life.

 Kaydence – Sterilization Technician 

Kaydence graduated from the Medical Device Reprocessing program at Algonquin College in 2021 and joined our team in 2025. Highly detail-oriented, she runs a tight ship in our sterilization area, ensuring everything meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Outside the clinic, she enjoys attending concerts, watching anime, and trying new foods with her boyfriend. Being a twin and spending quality time with her family are especially important to her.
